성주꽃은 제주에서 집안의 안녕과 복을 기원하며 묵은 기운은 비우고 새로운 기운을 들이는 뜻을 담은 상징입니다. 가득 채우기보다 먼저 덜어내고 비워 삶의 자리를 다시 넉넉하게 만드는 그 순환의 마음을 기메 문양에 담았습니다.

유채는 제주에서 기름을 짜고, 어린 잎은 나물로 먹으며, 꿀벌에게는 넉넉한 밀원이 되어주는 꽃입니다. 보이지 않는 곳에서 관계를 살리는 그 넉넉함을 기메 문양에 담았습니다.
